CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFININGREDIENTI (per 12 muffins): 330g farina 001 bustina lievito per dolciun pizzico di sale2 cucchiai di cacao in polvere (amaro)180g di zucchero semolato180g di gocce di cioccolato (io le ho messe fondenti) più qualche goccia per guarnire i muffin prima di infornare 250ml di latte intero60ml olio di semi1 uovo1 fialetta di vaniglia (io l'estratto di vaniglia non lo riesco a trovare :( ) riscalda il forno a 200°C anche questa è una ricetta veramente molto semplice... si procede nel solito metodo dei solidi da una parte ed i liquidi dall'altra, quindi: in una ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con lo zucchero, la vaniglia ed il latte, in un'altra ciotola metti farina, cacao, lievito, sale, gocce di cioccolato e mescola...
